Bank BRI finally appointed PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia after the tender process, as Consultant to carry on the structural and mechanical/electrical audit of BRI Tower 1 Building at Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Jakarta and Bank BRI Regional Office Jakarta-3 Building at South Tangerang. The scope of works of audit included: visual survey, cover meter test, ultrasonic pulse velocity test, core drill & compression test, brinnel test, mechanical audit, electrical audit, modelling & analysis, recommendation. Contract was signed on 16 July 2018 by Mr Samsugi as Head of MAT & Property Procurement Division of Bank BRI and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia. The audit will take 3 months since the date of contract and involve the Structure & Material Laboratory of Faculty of Engineering University of Indonesia.

PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia has been appointed by The INASGOC or Indonesia Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee, to supervise the overlay facilities installment in all venues of Asian Games 2018. The games will feature 463 events in 44 sports with 45 countries participating at 65 competition venues. The overlay is the temporary elements that are added to more permanent buildings to enable the operation of major sporting events or festivals. These elements provide additional facilities for the duration of an event and are generally of a lightweight construction, as they are often removed afterwards. Including the overlay delivery: tents, grandstands, barriers, containers, power, ventilation and air conditioning, scaffolding, media desks, broadcast compounds, interior fit-outs, branding, etc. In total more than 60 venues will be divided into 4 clusters: Jakarta 1 (GBK), Jakarta 2 (Non GBK), Jakarta Suburb (Non Jakarta-Palembang) and JSC Palembang. On the 23 June 2018, Lemtek conducted internal coordination meeting to discuss the project management plan, attended by Dr Wisnu Isvara as president director of PT LKI, Prof Dr Dedi Priadi as Director of Lemtek UI, Prof Dr Budi Susilo Soepandji as Project Director, Dr Veronika Widi Prabawasari as Team Leader, cluster coordinators and managers of Lemtek. On 25 June 2018, Inasgoc invited Lemtek to conduct kickoff meeting in Inasgoc Head Office at Wisma Serbaguna Senayan Jakarta, then followed with the contract signing betwen Indro Prasetyo MT as PPK Inasgoc and Dr Wisnu Isvara. On 26 June 2018, once again Inasgoc invited Lemtek to meet GL Event Middle East as overlay contractor. Mr Florian Bernard as Project Director of GL Event explained the project plan that consisted of design, procurement/loading, installment, use period and dismantling.

Lemtek UI was appointed by PT Pertamina (Persero) through the Corporate Marketing Directorate to conduct comparative test and determine the performance of a car engine using a variety of gasoline produced by Pertamina and non-Pertamina. The parameters of the performance included engine power, torque, maximum speed, acceleration, gas emissions, fuel consumption, and cleanness of engine fuel chamber. The gasoline to be tested included Pertamina and non-Pertamina products with variations ranging from RON 88 to RON 98, and using two types of vehicles Toyota Avanza 1.5 G A/T and All-New Honda CRV 1.5L Turbo (CVT). The performance test was conducted on 30 - 31 May 2018 through Jakarta-Jagorawi, Cipanas-Cipatat, Bandung-Subang and Purwakarta-Jakarta travel routes. The testing team was led by Prof. Dr. Bambang Sugiarto and supported by Dr-Ing Mohammad Adhitya and Dr. Yudhan Whulanza.

Lemtek UI held the Iftar dinner to break the fast of Ramadhan together this year on 31 May 2018 at Lemtek UI Salemba office. This event was attended by Prof Dr Dedi Priadi and Dr Wisnu Isvara as Director and General Manager of Lemtek UI, Dr Muhammad Asvial as Vice Dean of FTUI, Prof Dr Sutrasno as Coordinator of FTUI Postgraduate at UI salemba, Dr Muhammad Suryanegara as Head of CCIT FTUI, Dr Ardiyansyah as Head of UP2M DTM FTUI, Prof Dr Yusuf Latief and Prof Dr Budi Susilo Soepandji as former director of Lemtek UI, and also senior officers and staffs of Lemtek UI. This event was started by opening speech by Prof Dr Dedi Priadi, followed by Dr Muhammad Asvial and Prof Dr Yusuf Latief, and finally Ustad from UI Salemba Mosque gave the Kultum. After break the fast and performing the maghrib prayer together, all the attendees had dinner accompanied by the musical performance.

The National Agency for Combating Terrorism (Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme/BNPT) finally appointed PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia after the tender processs, as Consultant to make a design of the Crisis Control & Analysis Center and Workshop Buildings of BNPT in Indonesia Peace Security Center Area at Sentul Bogor. On 15 May 2018, the kickoff meeting was held in BNPT Sentul and attended by Marsma TNI Dr Asep Adang Supriyadi as First Secretary, Dr Amrizal as Inspector General, Brigjen TNI Dadang Hendrayudha as Head of General Affair Bureau and some senior officers from BNPT. From PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia was attended by Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director, Joko Adianto PhD as Team Leader and some experts from various fields. The buildings will be designed for five months and built on a five hectares new development land besides the existing land.

On 12 April 2018 Lemtek UI was invited by the Procurement & Logistic team of PT. Angkasa Pura 2 to carry out clarification and negotiation of Basic Design Work of Banyuwangi Airport Development Proposal. Lemtek UI represented by Dr Wisnu Isvara as General Manager, Rully Andhika MT as Business Dev Manager, Retyaning Puji Utami MT as Marketing Manager, and PT AP 2 procurement team represented by Mr Munalim as AVP of Ops & Service Procurement and also Technical Officers finally made an agreement and it will be followed by contract signing. Banyuwangi airport terminal capacity is currently 300.000 passengers per year. It is planned to be increased to 3 million passengers per year. Airport development will be design by several criteria such as smart tourism airport and green building. Lemtek UI will involve Mr Andra Matin as an architect who has previously designed the airport terminal banyuwangi. The basic design work will be done for 5 months and led by Dr Hendrajaya.

On 19 April 2018, Lemtek UI was invited by Downstream Regulatory Body - Oil & Gas (BPH Migas) in the discussion forum to review draft regulation of the project plan and investment control of gas transmission pipeline construction. The objectives of the regulation are to get the cost effecttiveness of the pipeline gas transmission toll fee through capital expenditure control of gas transmission pipeline construction, and to obtain comprehensive supporting documents as consideration in the analysis and evaluation of the new toll fee or toll fee adjustment. This event was held at Grand Savero Hotel in Bogor and chaired by Dr Ir M Fanshurullah Asa MT as Head of BPH Migas and attended by The Committee Members of BPH Migas (Ir Hari Pratoyo MM, Ir Jugi Prajogio MH, Ir Ahmad Rizal MH FCBArb, Drs Sumihar Panjaitan MM), Dr Wisnu Isvara & Dr Asep Handaya as General Manager & Oil-Gas Expert from Lemtek UI, Dr Mailinda Eka Yuniza from PSE UGM, Dr P Alfon Simanjuntak as Head of PPPTMGB Lemigas, Dr Hari G Soeparto as President Director of PT Prosys Bangun Nusantara, Ir Odi Rivaldi as Commercial & Business Development Director of PT Krakatau Engineering, and Senior Officers and staffs from BPH Migas.

Lemtek UI through PT Lemtek Konsultan Indoensia has been conducting a special study, research and integrity assessment as blanket contract in Pertamina Hulu Energy Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) since 8 months ago. Scope of works of this project are to perform studies, research, specialty engineering and integrity assessment of PHE ONWJ's production facilities. On 16 March 2018 PHE ONWJ and Lemtek UI conducted a contract performance evaluation meeting at Engineering Center FTUI Depok. The meeting was attended by team from PHE ONWJ represented by Ir Yuyung S Girindra, Ir Andri Gunari, Ir Muchtarus Bahroinuddin, Ms Fiqta Liana Sirly, and from Lemtek UI represented by Prof Dr Dedi Priadi, Dr Wisnu Isvara, Rully Andhika MT, Ir Endang Kusmana, Budi Wibowo SS, Ir Agny Perdana. The evaluation period is from August 2017 until January 2018. The work progress has reached 54% and is expected to be completed 100% at the end of 2018 or 8 months before 24 August 2019 as the completion of the date of the contract.

Once again PT Angkasa Pura 2 Soekarno Hatta Airport Branch Office assigned Lemtek UI to conduct study and survey on the existing slab condition of runway and taxiway of Soetta Airport. Previously Lemtek UI had studied the runway and taxiway slab conditions on the north side, now on the south side of Soetta Airport. The survey began on 9 March 2018 and will be conducted daily from 11 pm to 4 am by more than 20 surveyors accompanied by AP2 Soetta Officer. The implementation schedule follows the NOTAM (Notice To Airmen) schedule issued by the Soetta Airport Authority. This activities will be carried out for three months and led by Dr Mohammad Ikhsan and supported by Laurensius Varianka ST and Gian Ratulangi ST as project control. The survey results will be used as guidance for slab rehabilitation before the pavement capacity is increased through overlay.

In the context of transparent and accountable financial management, Lemtek UI has appointed the Registered Public Accounting Firm Krisnawan, Nugroho & Fahmy (KNF) to audit the Lemtek UI financial statements 2017. On 12 March 2018, KNF presented the audit report to the Lemtek UI management. At this meeting KNF was represented by Davidson SE.Ak BKP CPA and Hendra Cipta SE.Ak, and Lemtek UI represented by Prof Dr Dedi Priadi as Director, Dr Wisnu Isvara as General Manager, Armala Sary SE as Finance Manager, Ir Budi Setiawan as Office & Control Manager, Rully Andhika MT as Business Development Manager, and also staffs from finance division of Lemtek UI. KNF presented that revenue in 2017 increased more than 65% over the previous year. The auditor concluded that the financial statements of a given entity were presented fairly, in all material respects, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
