PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia had been appointed by PT Jasa Marga (persero) Purbaleunyi Branch Office to carry out Structural Health Monitoring System (SHMS) of Cisomang Bridge on Cipularang Highway. The contract had been signed a month ago by Mr Ricky Distawardhana as General Manager of PT Jasa Marga (persero) Purbaleunyi Branch Office and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia. The scope of works include design, instruments installment, monitoring and reporting of SHMS. The instruments used in this works consist of the high performance wireless biaxial tiltmeter, inclinometer, piezometer, and Vibrating Wire Strain Gauge (VWSG). The project is carried out for 5 months and led by Dr-Ing Josia Irwan Rastandi.

Lemtek UI had obtained 3 (three) new contracts from PT. PLN (Persero) Pusat Enjineering Kelistrikan (Pusenlis). PLN Pusenlis had appointed Lemtek UI to perform: 1) Financial study business partnership in the development of 500 KV power transmission in Sumatera 2) Topography survey and soil investigation on power transmission line Luwu-Toili in Sulawesi and 3) Hydro-oceanographic study for the development of submarine power cables 20 KV of Talaud - Lirung system and Sulutgo - Bunaken system in Sulawesi. The contract was made on 16 March 2017 signed by Ir Soedjarwo as General Manager of PLN Pusenlis and Prof Dr Bambang Sugiarto as Director of Lemtek UI. Since the beginning of January 2017 until March 2017 Lemtek UI had obtained 4 (four) contracts from PLN Pusenlis with a total value more than IDR 10 billion.

On January 2014, Consortium of PT Erraenersi Konstruksindo and PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia (Enerkon-Lemtek JO) had been awarded a blanket contract No STC-0848A from Pertamina Hulu Energy Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) to conduct the special study, research and integrity assessment over 3 years and total budget was USD 3,5 million. The contract had been completed and ended on January 2017. Regarding the contract termination, on 22 March 2017 Enerkon-Lemtek JO and PHE ONWJ held closing meeting at the Hotel Aston Simatupang Jakarta, attended by the directors and managers of Enerkon-Lemtek JO and also manager and senior officers of PHE ONWJ. The meeting began with a project performance presentation by Ir Endang Kusmana as Project Manager. He explained that the total budget realization was USD 2,65 million coming from 114 committed work orders over 3 years. The number and value of work orders dropped significantly in 2016 in line with the PHE ONWJ policy for cost savings due to a decrease in oil and gas prices. After the presentation then followed by a speech from Ir Andri Gunari as Contract Holder of PHE ONWJ, Ir Bambang Gyat as President Director of Enerkon, Prof Dr Bambang Sugiarto as Director of Lemtek UI, Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia, and closing remarks by Ir Yuyung S Girindra as Engineering Manager of PHE ONWJ. The closing meeting ended with the handover of Project Completion and Acceptance Certificate from PHE ONWJ to Enerkon-Lemtek JO.

PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia had awarded contract from Research and Development Agency (R&DA) Ministry of Defense (MoD) to carry out the Construction Management of Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) Facilities for KF-X/IF-X Jet Fighter Development year 2017. The contract had been signed on 10 March 2017 by Dr Anne Kusmayati as Head of Research and Development Agency MoD and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia. The contract signing ceremony was attended also by several senior officers of R&DA MoD. The building facilities which included hanggar, laboratories and infrastructures will be built in the area of PT Dirgantara Indonesia Bandung.

Lemtek UI through PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia had been appointed by Redtop Hotel Management to conduct structural audit of Redtop Hotel building at Pecenongan Jakarta. Contract had been signed by Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia and Redtop Hotel Management on 27 February 2017. The scope of works will be conducted for 3 months included the testing of concrete and rebar structure using coredrill, ultrasonic pulse velocity, cover meter and brinnel test, then proceed with the structural modeling, analysis and recommendation. Team will be led by Dr Ir Mohammad Ichsan and will involve Structure and Material Laboratory of Faculty of Engineering University of Indonesia.

After the tender process, National Civil Service Agency (BKN) finally designated PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia as Project Management Consultant for the ICT programme and implementation in BKN. The contract was made on 22 February 2017 signed by both parties represented by Nanang Subandi SKom as Commitment Officer of BKN and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia. The scope of works including preparation of PMC workplan, providing subject matter expert and technical review to term of reference of ICT procurement, monitoring programme, quality assurance and quality control to delivery process, and reporting. The contract will be implemented over 10 months and led by Setio Pambudi Mkom.

Lemtek hold a Company Outing in Bali on 18-20 February 2017 and attended by the director, managers and employees. This event was attended also by the Dean, Vice Dean & Venture Manager of Faculty of Engineering University of Indonesia. This company outing was a chance for employees, management team and business owner to get together and unwind during off hours. It should be for the employees to engage and interact with one another in a different environment, to establish rapport and trust among employees. Approximately 70 participants of this event visited several attractions in Bali such as Kintamani, Monkey Forest, Tanjung Benoa Water Sport, Garuda Wisnu Kencana, Pandawa Beach, Uluwatu and Jimbaran Beach.

On 8 February 2017, JOB Pertamina Medco Tomori Sulawesi and Lemtek UI conducted kick off meeting regarding to Senoro Phase-2 Development Market Study and Buyer Selection Process Contract that signed by both parties the day before. The objective of the study is to get a better understand of the future gas market circumstances and to have shortisted the potential gas buyers for further marketing effort. The meeting was attended by Mr Herry Wijanto as Senoro Project Manager and senior officers from JOB Pertamina Medco-E&P Tomori team, and also from Lemtek UI represented by Dr Bambang Heru as Team Leader and Dr Yales Vivadinar as Gas Marketing Specialist.

Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Soekarno Hatta Branch Office as Construction Management Consultant in Construction of Transit Oriented Development Building in Soekarno Hatta Airport. Contract had been signed by Radityo Ari Purwoko MT as Senior Infrastructure Manager PT. AP2 Soetta Branch Office and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia on 8 February 2017 at Soetta Airport. This event was also attended by Senior General Manager and others managers and officers of PT. AP2 Soetta Airport. Project will be delivered using design build method for 6 months.

Lemtek UI had been appointed by PT. PLN (Persero) Pusat Enjineering Kelistrikan (Pusenlis) to carry out topography survey and soil investigation on power transmission line spread across in Seram Island, Province of Maluku. The contract was made on 3 February 2017 signed by Ir Soedjarwo as General Manager of PLN Pusenlis and Prof Dr Bambang Sugiarto as Director of Lemtek UI. The works including reconaisance study, corridor route and transmission line selection, topography survey and mapping, long profile and sagging development, stacking out, and soil investigation. The length of transmission line is about 170 km and the survey will be conducted in 6 months.
