PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia as construction supervision consulting in Ministry of Defense was invited by Defense Facilities Agency Ministry of Defence to attend Coffee Morning event on Wednesday 10 November 2016 at DI Panjaitan Building 8th Floor Ministry of Defense. This event was opened by Laksma TNI Ir. Leonardi MSc as Head of Defense Facilities Agency and attended by several senior officers from Defense Facilities Agency Ministry of Defense. From PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia was represented by Dr Wisnu Isvara, Ir Budi Setiawan and Ir Agus Trianjono. This event was also as coordination meeting to monitor and evaluate the progress of ongoing construction projects.

In line with the construction completion of Terminal 3, PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura II will revitalize the building of Terminal 1 and 2, and develop supporting buildings in the Terminal 3 at Soekarno Hatta Airport. The construction projects will be delivered in various methods such as design bid build and design build. Therefore PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura II will directly appoint Lemtek UI as an independent Quantity Surveyor Consultant in the development of Terminal 1 and 2 revitalization, hotel and Pier 1 Extension of Terminal 3 at Soetta Airport. Head of the Soetta Airport Project Management Unit has sent a letter to the Rector of University of Indonesia (UI) related with the above activities and Rector UI will assign Lemtek UI as executing agency.

Mr. Hisashi Ishimaki as President Director of Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) on 7 November 2016 announced the achievement of their new city car (New Mirage), which had recorded a consumption of fuel oil 24.2 km / liter. This result was achieved through the testing performed by Lemtek UI. This was a part of the cooperation between PT. KTB through PT Sinergi Sahabat Berdikari with Lemtek UI that was signed on 19 October 2016. The testing was conducted by Lemtek UI over two days on 26-27 October 2016. The full-to-full method was used to calculate the fuel consumption. Six New Mirage with two types of transmission were used for testing using RON 92. The distance covered during the test was more than 407 km divided into 7 etape with a variety of conditions such as highway, hillway, country and city.

Lemtek UI had been appointed by PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) to carry out power generation cost comparison study of various types of fuel. The objectives of this study are to obtain the results of the analysis of the technical performance, the power generation cost and the levelized cost of energy characteristics. Contract had been signed between Division Head of Strategy and Business Development of PT. PGN (Persero) and Director of Lemtek UI. The study will be conducted for 2,5 months and led by Prof Dr Iwa Garniwa.

Lemtek UI has been appointed by PT Sinergi Sahabat Berdikari to carry out the fuel consumption measurement of the new product of Mitsubishi car named New Mirage. This activity is part of new mirage eco test drive event that will be held from middle of October 2016 until the beginning of November 2016. The signing of the contract was made on Wednesday 19 October 2016 at Lemtek UI office, between Mr Chandra Diputra as Operational Director of PT Sinergi Sahabat Berdikari and Prof Dr Bambang Sugiarto as Director of Lemtek UI. On this event was also attended by management representative of PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors as the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Indonesia.

Perusda Ketenagalistrikan Kalimantan Timur as the regional owned company of East Kalimantan Provincial Government, join with PT. Hwaseong Indo Utama will directly appoint Lemtek UI to carry out the feasibility study of biomass power plant project at Tenggarong Kutai Kertanegara Regency in East Kalimantan, where the main fuel is empty fruit bunches of palm oil. On the 19 0ctober 2016 Lemtek UI represented by Rully Andhika MT, Prof Dr Adi Suryo and Ir Andrie Noveira welcomed the team from PT. Hwaseong Indo Utama and engineering team from Hwa Seong B & Tec, EMC Plus, Hanwha and Posco from South Korea which consisted of Mr Irwan Adryanto, Mr Lee Young Jin, Mr Lee Seung Heon, Mr Lee Sang Myeong, Mr Park Jinsu dan Mr Youn Yeochan. They visited to Jakarta to discuss with Lemtek UI, as well as introducing the technology of cyclone combuster that will be applied on the above project.

Lemtek UI through PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia has been awarded a contract from Bank Mandiri to carry out structural audit of Bank Mandiri building at Jl. Kali Besar Barat Jakarta. The building was built in 1920 by Hindia Belanda Government and firstly used by Chartered Bank of India Australia & China as branch office, and now owned by Bank Mandiri as a national building heritage. Lemtek has experiences in conducting structural audit on Bank Mandiri buildings such as Wisma Mandiri I & II (ex Wisma BDN) at Jl. Thamrin and Menara Mandiri II (ex Plaza Bapindo) at Jl. Sudirman in Jakarta.

Lemtek UI represented by Dr Wisnu Isvara, Rully Andhika MT, Ita Mani Utami IAI, Ir Diana Pusparani, Dr Irwan Nurhadi and Paramitha MS welcomed Ir Sarwani Prabowo and Ir Catur Nugroho from PT HK Realtindo on 11 October 2016 at Lemtek UI office. PT HK Realtindo as property developer company and a subsidiary of PT (Persero) Hutama Karya, will appoint Lemtek UI to carry out the feasibility study of several rest areas development on the Trans Sumatera Toll Road, especially at Medan-Binjai, Palembang-Indralaya and Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar toll roads. PT (Persero) Hutama Karya is the state owned company that appointed by the Indonesian government to build and operate of Trans Sumatera Toll Road for 40 years. Lemtek has experiences in conducting feasibility studies of toll road rest area such as in Purwakarta, Ngawi and Saradan.

On 30 September 2016 the procurement team of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) invited Lemtek UI to carry out a clarification and negotiation of proposal design of revitalization of Terminal 2 Building of Soekarno Hatta Airport. PT AP 2 procurement team represented by Indra Kamil SH as senior procurement manager and Lemtek UI represented by Prof Dr Bambang Sugiarto finally made an agreement, and it will be followed by contract signing. On 4 October 2016, Lemtek UI conducted a meeting with all experts that involved in this project to discuss about design concept, schedule and work method. Meeting was chaired by Dr Wisnu Isvara and attended by Dr Hendrajaya IAI, Ir Ahmad Noerzaman IAI, Bambang Tutuko MT, Lea Aviani BFA HDII, Rully Andhika MT, Ir Achmad Ahdiana, Ir Tb Robby Budiansyah and Ir Sutjipto.

Following the previous meeting on May 2016 with Governor of Jambi at Jakarta, on 29-30 September 2016 Lemtek UI was invited by Regional Planning and Development Agency (Bappeda) of Jambi provincial government to discuss about feasibility study of industrial estate at Muara Sabak and green open space study on the six city parks at the capital city of Jambi. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Amar Solahudin as Department Head of Physical and Facilities of Bappeda and some department heads from SKPD of Jambi provincial government, and also Dr Wisnu Isvara, Rully Andhika MT and Ir Nutriono Notokusumo from Lemtek UI. After the meeting, Lemtek UI team accompanied with Head of Bappeda and Head of Transportation Agency of East Tanjung Jabung Regency conducted a site visit to the location of Muara Sabak Industrial Estate in East Tanjung Jabung. The industrial estate will be developed on an area of 186 hectares which located next to the Port of Muara Sabak near Batanghari River.
