Novation Agreement Between CNOOC SES Ltd – PHE OSES - LEMTEK
PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia until now is still having blanket contracts with CNOOC SES Ltd to carry out the Failure Analysis & Laboratory Works and also Pressure Vessel Residual Life Assessment. In conjunction with expiration of CNOOC SES Ltd Production Sharing Contract for Southeast Sumatra (SES) working area on 5 September 2018, and by the signing of the new Production Sharing Contract for Southeast Sumatra Working Area on 20 April 2018 by and between Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) and PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) OSES as the New SES PSC which is effective on 6 September 2018, therefore as of such Effective Date, PHE OSES acts as the new Operator of Southeast Sumatra Working Area as successor to the CNOOC SES Ltd. Regarding the remaining contracts between CNOOC SES Ltd and PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia, therefore CNOOC SES Ltd agrees to novate the Contract to the PHE OSES. PHE OSES agrees to undertake such novation and the PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia agrees to continue the Contract with PHE OSES by way of this Novation Agreement. The Novation Agreement had been signed by Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia on 11 July 2018 and 6 August 2018 at CNOOC SES Ltd Main Office, Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, Tower 1, 23rd Floor, Jakarta.

Dr Hendri DS Budiono as Dean of Faculty of Engineering Universitas Indonesia has appointed Dr Achmad Hery Fuad as Director of Lemtek UI, based on the Dean of FTUI Decree No. 858/D/SK/FTUI/XI/2018 dated on 9 November 2018. Lemtek UI has been appointed by PT Jakarta TollRoad Development (JTD) to conduct traffic forecast of six Jakarta inner toll road segment project.
