Lemtek UI through PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia was invited by Defense Facilities Agency Ministry of Defence to attend coffee morning event on Wednesday 7 September 2016 at DI Panjaitan Building 8th Floor Ministry of Defense. This event was also as coordination meeting between Ministry of Defense and all of construction supervision consulting to evaluate all of the construction projects. This event was attended by Laksma TNI Ir. Leonardi MSc as Head of Defense Facilities Agency, Brigjend TNI Bambang Kusharto MM as Head of Construction Center, Kolonel Czi Ir Sugeng Santoso as Head of Construction Control and Supervision from Ministry of Defense, and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director, Ir Budi Setiawan as Control Manager and Ir Agus Trianjono as Project Manager from PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia. PT. Lemtek is currently supervising 15 projects owned by the Ministry of Defense such as buildings, roads, jetty and airfield in Indonesia

PT Indonesia Power as a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero) in the field of power generation had appointed Lemtek UI to conduct structural, mechanical/electrical audit and also to make a new design facade of PT Indonesia Power headquarters building at Jl. Jend Gatot Subroto South Jakarta. The building has 10 floors and had been built more than 45 years ago. An initial meeting was held on 1 september 2016 to discuss about scope of works, data requirement, survey and analysis method, concept of building facade and project duration. The meeting was attended by Mr Ganjar Prihartanto as Facility & Security Manager and team from PT Indonesia Power and Dr Wisnu Isvara, Rully Andhika MT, Dr Hendrajaya, Dr Mohammad Ihsan, Madsuri MT, Imam MT and Amalina Burhani ST from Lemtek UI.

On Thursday 5 August 2016, Lemtek UI represented by Dr. Wisnu Isvara and Ir. Rully Andhika, MT attend the socialization of the UI Rector Regulation Number 25/2015 (Procedures for Internal Procurement Financed by non Indonesian State and Regional Government Budget APBN/D), by Directorate of Logistic UI. This regulation gives the opportunities for UI ventures especially Lemtek UI that can be designated directly by UI to carry out the projects in UI, in accordance with the capacity and competency of Lemtek UI, especially in consulting services such as planning, engineering design and supervision

Lemtek UI will be appointed directly by PT Angkasa Pura 2 (Persero) to make a development plan of data network infrastructure in Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The objectives of this project are to increase the speed of data processing, transmission capability and capacity, and the reliability of the backbone data network. On 18 August 2016, Lemtek UI team had conducted a kickoffmeeting with IT and System Division team of Soekarno-Hatta Airport to discuss about scope of works, schedule and site survey preparation. This meeting was a follow-up of previous meeting two months ago between PT AP2 and Lemtek UI, which was attended by Mr Dwi Ananda Wicaksana as Electronics & IT Senior Manager and Mr Adi Hermawan as IT & System Manager from PT AP2 Soetta Branch Office, and Dr Wisnu Isvara and Rully Andhika MT from Lemtek UI.

PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia - PT. Erraenersi Konstruksindo Joint Operation (Consortium) had a blanket services contract for three years from Pertamina Hulu Energy Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ), start on January 2014 until January 2017. The contract budget is approximately USD 3,5 million and the services including special study, research and integrity assessment. On Wednesday 24 August 2016, JO management hold a meeting at Engineering Center Faculty of Engineering UI to make an evaluation of project performance. The meeting was attended by Ir. Bambang Gyat as President Director of PT. Erraenersi Konstruksindo, Dr. Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia, Ir. Inday Ariana and Rully Andhika MT as JO Management Representative, and also Ir. Endang Kusmana as Project Manager.

In order to make UKL/UPL document (Environmental Management and Monitoring Reports) of the development of GI 150 KV BSD I & Transmisi Incomer (Legok – Lengkong), GIS 150 kV Spinmill & Transmisi Incomer (Millenium - Lautan Steel), SUTT Bayah – Malingping, Ext GI 150 kV Bayah & Ext GI 150 kV Malingping, GI 150 KV Gajah Tunggal & SUTT Gajah Tunggal & SUTT Gajah Tunggal - Inc. Ps Kemis-Sepatan, PT. PLN Unit Induk Pembangunan Interkoneksi Sumatera Jawa and Lemtek UI had conducted the socialization on 9 until 19 August 2016 to the local community that will be affected by the construction and operation of the facilities. Lemtek UI team consisted of Agus Subyakto MSc as Team Leader, Ir Ahmad Achdiana, Ir Taufik Nurachman, Fieneshia Sevita MT and Gary Adam MT.

Lemtek UI will be appointed directly by PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II as design and engineering consulting to make a detailed engineering design of revitalization of Terminal 2 Building of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. As the initial stage of the direct appointment process, on Tuesday 16 August 2016 Lemtek UI represented by Dr Wisnu Isvara, Rully Andhika MT and Retyaning Puji Utami MT was invited by procurement team of PT. APII to to discuss about the scope of works, design criterias, outputs, schedule, budget, and requirements of the project. The estimated value of building including interior renovation is more than IDR 1,5 trilion and it will be built for more than 2 years.

On 12-14 August 2016 Lemtek UI made a visit to the District of Malinau in North Kalimantan. Lemtek UI team which consisted of Prof Dr Bambang Sugiarto, Dr Wisnu Isvara, Dr Hendrajaya, and Rully Andhika MT, had met with the Malinau Regent Dr. Yansen TP. This meeting was a follow up of from previous meeting in Jakarta. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the development of a new icon in Malinau City which describes the concept of modern development in the border region with involving a heterogeneous society. Lemtek UI also made a site survey to the planned location.

Lemtek UI represented by Prof Dr Bambang Sugiarto and Dr Wisnu Isvara welcomed Mr Ham Houwink and Mr Bart van der Lee from Deerns which is an engineering consulting firm from Netherlands. They visited to Lemtek UI on Thursday 11 August 2016 to conduct a market research on airport projects in Indonesia. They also plan to make cooperation with Lemtek UI in the airport planning and design projects in Indonesia

PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II appointed Lemtek UI as an independen Quantity Surveyor in Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Building Development at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The estimated value of building construction is about IDR 30 billion. Lemtek UI previously had involved as an independent Quantity Surveyor in the development of Kualanamu Airport Hotel in North Sumatera and the value of building construction is about IDR 50 billion.
