PT Angkasa Pura II had identified damage on runway, taxiway and apron pavements at Soekarno Hatta Airport in previous studies, therefore PT Angkasa Pura II Soekarno Hatta Branch Office had appointed Lemtek UI to study and designing the northern runway and taxiway restoration of Soetta Airport. In the previous year PT. Angkasa Pura II had appointed Lemtek UI to develop the detailed engineering design overlay of runway, taxiway and apron of Soetta Airport. The overlay implementation plan in early 2017 was hampered due to runway condition, so the slab concrete pavement was needed to repair first before the overlay. The scope of work included damage Identification and survey, analysis of cracks/damage of the slab concrete pavements and also repair recommendations. The study team was led by Dr Mohammad Ikhsan for four months.

PT MRT Jakarta had appointed PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia - Lemtek UI as an Independent Reviewer Consultant in the development of MRT Jakarta that related to risk management in 1st stage of construction phase. As an independent reviewer Lemtek has responsiblities to conduct a technical and contractual study, and also comparative study through international benchmarking on similar and relevan projects. Lemtek team consisting of Dr Wisnu Isvara, Prof Dr Krishna Mochtar, Dr Nusa Setiani, Eddy Subiyanto MT, Ellyanti MQS, Sr Mohamad Razif Ibrahim, Fineshia Sevita MT, Ir Varianka Yenn and accompanied by the team from PT MRT Jakarta carried out the comparative study to MRT Project in Malaysia on 3 - 5 August 2017. The team was welcomed by MMC-Gamuda, a joint venture company which has several contracts with MRT Corporation Sdn Bhd Malaysia to develop several projects including the Electrified Double Track Project (Ipoh-Padang Besar railway), the SMART Tunnel and the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit for both the Sungai Buloh-Kajang (SBK) and the Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) lines. The meeting was conducted in Media Centre of Klang Valley MRT Project at Seri Kembangan Kuala Lumpur. Project manager of MMC-Gamuda explained the Klang Valley MRT development including planning and construction process and also risks that occured in construction phase. The team also had tried to use MRT from Bukit Bintang Station to Stadium Kajang Station.

Indonesia will be the host of the 3rd Conseil International Du Sport Militaire or International Military Sport Council (CSIM) World Cadet Games 2018. The competion will be held at Military Academy (AKMIL) in Magelang and Air Force Academy (AAU) in Jogyakarta. Ministry of Defense (MoD) has responsibilities to prepare the sport facilities for this event, therefore the MoD had appointed PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia to supervise the construction of rehabilitation and new development of sport facilities especially at Air Force Academy (AAU) in Jogyakarta. Laksamana Muda TNI Ir Leonardi MSc as Head of Defense Facilities Agency MoD and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia had signed the contract. On the 1st of August 2017, the kickoff meeting had been held and attanded by Marsekal Muda TNI Iman Sudrajat as Governoor of Air Force Academy (AAU) in Jogyakarta, Center of Construction Defense Facilities Agency MoD represented by Kolonel Ir Sugeng Santoso, PT Lemtek as construction supervision consultant represented by Ir Agus Trianjono and Bambang Warudju, design consultant and contractor. The project will be carry out for 5.5 months until at the end of 2017.

Center of Education and Training for Planners Ministry of National Development Planning Republic of Indonesia (Pusbindiklatren Bappenas) had appointed Lemtek UI to carry out the Project Assessment Training. Presented in the opening ceremony were Dr Wisnu Isvara as General Manager of Lemtek UI and Dr Nur Hygiawati Rahayu as Head of Pusbindiklatren Bappenas. Training began on 31 July 2017 until 12 August 2017 and conducted at the Lemtek UI training center at UI Campus in Salemba. The participants are staff from several ministries and local governments in Indonesia.

Indonesia has 10 borders with other countries. Seven are sea borders and three are land borders. The border line between Indonesia and Malaysia in Kalimantan has a length more than 2,000 kilometers. Ministry of Defense (MoD) has responsibility to build Border Patrol Inspection Road (Jalan Inspeksi Patroli Perbatasan/JIPP) on Indonesia-Malaysia border line to connect between border posts as well as border post to the nearest village in West and North Kalimantan. To supervise the construction of this inspection road development, MoD had appointed PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia as construction supervision consultant. Contract has been signed by Laksamana Muda TNI Ir Leonardi MSc as Head of Defense Facilities Agency MoD and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia. PT Lemtek had been supervising the construction of JIPP since 2015 until now.

University of Indonesia Student Activity Center (Pusat Kegiatan Mahasiswa/Pusgiwa UI) Building is a place for various UI student activities and become the secretariat of various student organization units in UI such as: BEM UI, DPM UI, Mapala UI, Marching Band UI, and etc. With the increasing number of students and student activities, the existing building is not adequate. UI is planning to build a new 8 storey building that is adjacent to the old building. UI had appointed Lemtek UI as construction management consultant of Student Activity Center building development. The kickoffmeeting was held on 9 June 2017, led by Prof Dr-Ing Nandy Putra as Head of University Development And Logistic Management of UI, and attended by Dr Gandjar Kiswanto as Director of Facility Management and Maintenance of UI, Arman Nefi SH MM as Director of Student Affair of UI, Prof Dr Yandi Andri Yatmo and Dr Budihardjo as UI technical team, PT Cakra Manggilingan Jaya as design consultant, PT. Citra Prasasti Konsorindo as contractor and Lemtek UI as construction management consultant. Lemtek UI was represented by Ir Setyo Supriyadi MT as Project Manager and Ir Irfan Arafat, Ir Casmani and Rahman. The construction will be started on 29 June 2017 until 25 March 2018.

On 9 June 2017, the director, managers, experts and all of employees of Lemtek UI gathered to break Ramadhan fast at Mercure Hotel Cikini Jakarta. This event was also attended by Dean, Vice Dean and Venture Manager of Faculty of Engineering University of Indonesia. Lemtek UI also invited the Head of University Development And Logistic Management and also Director of Facility Management and Maintenance of University of Indonesia. More than 80 people consisting of employees and invited guests attended at this event.

The Government of Indonesia is committed to realize the 35,000 MW Power Plant Project within five years (2014-2019). This should be supported by the readiness of the transmission that supplies power from the power plants. To support the readiness, it needs to be prepared extra high voltage 500 KV power transmission tower. PT PLN (Persero) Pusat Enjineering Kelistrikan (Pusenlis) had appointed Lemtek UI to carry out three contracts related to tower transmission design. These contracts consisted of: 1) Study & Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of Tower Transmission Foundation, 2) DED of Compact & Normal Slim Lattice Tower 2 Circuits 500 KV and Dynamic Earthquake Analysis for Normal & Slim Lattice Tower 4 Circuits 500 KV, 3) DED of Normal & Slim Lattice Tower Vertical 4 Circuits 500 KV, Combined Slim Lattice Compact Tower 4 Circuits 500/150 KV and Steel Monople Compact Tower 2 Circuits 150 KV. These contracts were made on 31 May 2017 signed by Ir Fajar Seno Utomo as Acting General Manager of PLN Pusenlis and Prof Dr Bambang Sugiarto as Director of Lemtek UI. All of the contracts should be completed within three months.

After the tender process, PT Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Jakarta as one of the DKI Jakarta Regional Government Owned Company (BUMD), finally appointed PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia - Lembaga Teknologi Joint Operation as 3rd Party Reviewer for 1st Stage MRT Jakarta Development. The contract was made on 12 May 2017 signed by Dr William P Sabandar as President Director of PT MRT Jakarta and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia. On 24 May 2017, the consultant team conducted a meeting to discuss about implementation strategy and review methodology. The meeting was attended by Dr Wisnu Isvara, Rully Andhika MT, Prof Krishna Mochtar PhD as Team Leader, Eddy Subiyanto MT as Risk Management Expert, Ellyyanti MQS as Contract Management Expert and also two experts in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management from Malaysia: Sr Mohamad Razif Ibrahim and Sr Masnizan Che Mat PQS MRISM. The consultant team will also carry out comparative study to MRT project in Malaysia.

On 22 May 2017 Lemtek UI was invited by the procurement team of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) to carry out clarification and negotiation of 2nd Stage Revitalization of Terminal 2 Building of Soekarno Hatta Airport Design Works Proposal. Lemtek UI represented by Dr Wisnu Isvara as General Manager and PT AP 2 procurement team represented by Indra Kamil SH as Senior Procurement Manager finally made an agreement and it will be followed by contract signing. On 23 May 2017 Lemtek UI conducted a meeting to discuss about the implementation strategy of design works. The object of design works were focused on Terminal 2 which included the completion of main building, bording lounge 2D and 2E, landscape and parking building. The meeting was chaired by Dr Wisnu Isvara and attended by Rully Andhika MT, Ir Ahmad Noerzaman IAI, Lea Aviani BFA HDII, Ir Ahmad Ahdiana and Fieneshia Sevita MT.
