On 8 February 2017, JOB Pertamina Medco Tomori Sulawesi and Lemtek UI conducted kick off meeting regarding to Senoro Phase-2 Development Market Study and Buyer Selection Process Contract that signed by both parties the day before. The objective of the study is to get a better understand of the future gas market circumstances and to have shortisted the potential gas buyers for further marketing effort. The meeting was attended by Mr Herry Wijanto as Senoro Project Manager and senior officers from JOB Pertamina Medco-E&P Tomori team, and also from Lemtek UI represented by Dr Bambang Heru as Team Leader and Dr Yales Vivadinar as Gas Marketing Specialist.

Lemtek UI through PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia had been appointed by PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Soekarno Hatta Branch Office as Construction Management Consultant in Construction of Transit Oriented Development Building in Soekarno Hatta Airport. Contract had been signed by Radityo Ari Purwoko MT as Senior Infrastructure Manager PT. AP2 Soetta Branch Office and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia on 8 February 2017 at Soetta Airport. This event was also attended by Senior General Manager and others managers and officers of PT. AP2 Soetta Airport. Project will be delivered using design build method for 6 months.

Lemtek UI had been appointed by PT. PLN (Persero) Pusat Enjineering Kelistrikan (Pusenlis) to carry out topography survey and soil investigation on power transmission line spread across in Seram Island, Province of Maluku. The contract was made on 3 February 2017 signed by Ir Soedjarwo as General Manager of PLN Pusenlis and Prof Dr Bambang Sugiarto as Director of Lemtek UI. The works including reconaisance study, corridor route and transmission line selection, topography survey and mapping, long profile and sagging development, stacking out, and soil investigation. The length of transmission line is about 170 km and the survey will be conducted in 6 months.

Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia had appointed Lemtek UI to supervise interior development of Medical Museum at Medical Education Research Center (MERC) UI Building in UI Campus Salemba Jakarta. This is the first medical museum in Indonesia. The kickoff meeting was conducted on 2 February 2017 and led by Dr Ratna Sitompul as Dean of Faculty of Medicine UI. The meeting was also attended by FKUI technical team, design consultant, contractor and Lemtek UI as construction supervision consultant represented by Dr Wisnu Isvara, Ir Agus Trianjono and Ir Casmani

On 15 December 2016, Lemtek UI was invited by PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) to present the final design of the Container Yard at Blok F in KBN Cakung. The meeting was attended by team from KBN represented by Ir. Sudiro A Dananto MM as Operational Director, Ir Erwin Satria as Head of Planning Division, and staffs from KBN, and also from Lemtek UI represented by Dr Wisnu Isvara, Heri Khoeri MT and Hertryana Widyasari SArs. The existing land must be reclaimed based on the design and the prefabricated vertical drain (PVD) and preloading methods will be applied to accelerate the land consolidation. The construction will be scheduled for a year and the amount budget arround IDR 160 billion.

PT Indonesia Power as a subsidiary of PT. PLN (Persero) in the field of power generation and Lemtek UI had signed contract agreement to conduct structural, mechanical/electrical audit and also to make a new facade design og PT Indonesia Power headquarters building at Jl Jend Gatot Subroto Jakarta. On 13 December 2016 Lemtek UI was invited by PT Indonesia Power to present audit report and facade design concept. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Ganjar Prihartanto as Facility & Security Manager and team from of PT Indonesia Power and also Ita Mani Utami IAI and Dr Hendrajaya IAI, Dr M Ihsan, Madsuri MT and Ir Imam from Lemtek UI.

Construction kickoff meeting of multidisciplinary laboratory development at faculty of mathematics and natural sciences (FMIPA) UI Depok was conducted on 13 December 2016 led by Dr Abdul Haris as Dean of FMIPA UI. The meeting was also attended by Dr Rokhmatullah as Vice Dean, Prof Dr-Ing Nandy Setiawan as Head of BP3UI, PT Intraco Lestari as contractor, design consultant, and Lemtek UI as construction supervision consultant represented by Dr Wisnu Isvara and Ir Ade Tauhid. The construction cost of 8 storey building is arround IDR 48,8 billion and will be finished at the middle of August 2017.

On 13 December 2016, PT EMC Borneo Power represented by Mr. Youn Yeo Chan and PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia represented by Dr Wisnu Isvara had signed the agreement to conduct the feasibility study of 2x7 MW biomass power plant in East Kalimantan. The scope of works of study including raw material & technological studies, basic design, planning and project management, project cost and financial planning, economic analysis and interconnection studies. Lemtek will carry out the survey to Kutai Kertanegara in East Kalimantan and visit to South Korea to study and evaluate the cyclone combuster technology. The study will be led by Prof Dr Adi Suryo and conducted for 3 months.

PT. Angkasa Pura II Soetta Airport Branch Office had appointed Lemtek UI through PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia to supervise the construction PKP-PK office bulding extension and emergency hall development at Soetta Airport. Kickoff meeting was held on 13 December 2016 at 601 building Soetta Aiport, and attended by AP2 team, PT Tirta Kencana Selaras as contractor and PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia as supervision consultant which represented by Ir Trianjono AP as project manager. Construction will be scheduled for 180 days since contract signed.

On 2 December 2016, Dr Wisnu Isvara, Prof Dr Adi Suryo, Rully Andhika MT, Andrie Noveira MT and Fieneshia Sevita MT from Lemtek UI welcomed Mr Abdurachman Chered, Mr Irwan Adryanto, Mr Lee Young Jin, Mr Youn Yeochan, Mr Young-Tai Choi and Mr Chang-Sun Yoo from PT EMC Borneo Power at Lemtek UI office. PT EMC Borneo Power is a joint venture company of Perusda Ketenagalistrikan Kalimantan Timur with company from South Korea which will appoint Lemtek UI to carry out feasibility study of biomass power plant project at Kutai Kertanegara Regency in East Kalimantan. It was a follow up of the previous meeting on 19 October 2016 at Engineering Center FTUI Depok. Lemtek UI and PT EMC Borneo Power have agreed on the scope of work, schedule and budget of the study so that the contract will be signed on 12 December 2016 in Jakarta. Furthermore Lemtek UI will conduct the survey to several potential locations at Kutai Kertanegara in East Kalimantan and visit to Posco in South Korea to study and evaluate the technology of cyclone combuster that will be applied on the above project.
