Lemtek UI has been appointed by PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) to carry out the study and design capacity improvement of Apron B With "Cakar Ayam System" in Terminal 2 of Juanda Airport. The apron was buid on 1979 and for the last five years was used for taxiing and parking of wide body aircrafts. The scope of works of study are to conduct the detailed survey and study of the existing apron, and to make detailed engineeering design of revitalization and improvement of the apron so the Pavement Capacity Number (PCN) will be adequate and exceeds the Aircraft Calssification Number (ACN) of the Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW) of the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. On 16 November 2017, the kick off meeting was held at PT AP 1 Juanda Airport Branch Office. The meeting was attended by PT AP 1 Team represented by Ir Dwi Tedjowati as Facility Readiness Group Head, Ir Maya Damayanti as Fascility Airside Readines Department Head, and several senior officers from PT AP1. From Lemtek UI was represented by Dr Wisnu Isvara as General Manager, Rully Andhika MT as Project Leader, Prof Bambang Suhendro PhD as Structural and Pavement Expert, Prof Dr Hary Christady Hardiyatmo as Geotechnical Expert, Wardhani Sartono MSc as Airport Expert, Heri Khoeri MT as Survey Coordinator and Fineshia Sevita MT as Project Control Engineer. After kick off meeting then followed by site visit to the apron B. The works will be carried out for 6 months.

To improve the knowledge, skill and competence of both management and employees, Lemtek UI has carried out the inhouse training for internal management and employees. Microsoft Office training has been given to all secretaries and computer operators by trainers from PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika (member of Metrodata Electronics) on 11-12 November 2017 in Lemtek UI training center. Then proceed with the training of Payroll Administration System for internal management by trainer from HSP Academy Training Center on 15-16 November 2017 in Lemtek UI.

Faculty of Administrative Sciences Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI) was originally one of the departments of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia (FISIP UI). Since March 2015, FIA UI officially became its own faculty. Furthermore, FIA UI needs its own building to run and develop academic and lecture activities. Therefore FIA UI has appointed Lemtek UI to prepare the masterplan and design of the main building for office and lecture activities. In early November 2017 the contract was signed by Prof. Dr. Eko Prasojo as Dean of FIA UI and Prof. Dr. Bambang Sugiarto as Director of Lemtek UI. The planning activities will take 6 months and led by Dr Hendrajaya.

Lemtek had been appointed by PT Angkasa Pura II Soekarno Hatta Branch Office to develop the detailed engineering design of river embankments of channel 100 & 600 and also to supervise the stilling bazin dredging work at Soekarno Hatta Airport. The purpose of these projects are to improve the capacity and reliability of the drainage system as well as the water supply at Soekarno Hatta Airport. The river embankments design was completed by design team led by Heri Khoeri MT and now is currently under construction. The stilling bazin dredging work has also started since early October 2017 and Lemtek team led by Ir Agus Trianjono has been supervising on the site. Both projects are undertaken by the same contractor (PT Angkasa Pura Property) which is a subsidiary of PT Angkasa Pura II.

The Faculty of Mathematics & Natural Science UI Research Lab topping-off ceremony took place on 20 September 2017. The topping-off event marked a major milestone in the construction process, marking the symbolic completion of the structural phase of the building. The event was attended by Prof Dr Muhammad Anis as Rector of UI, Heru Utama Trikoranto Senior as Vice President of Research & Technology of PT. Pertamina, Dr Abdul Haris and Dr Rohmatulloh as Dean and Vice Dean of The Faculty of Mathematics & Natural Science UI, Ali Mundakir as Operational Director of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy, Dr Wisnu Isvara and Ir Ade Tauhid as General Manager and Project Manager of Lemtek UI (Construction Supervision Consultant), Ir Effendi Susanto as Director of PT Intraco (Contractor), and also senior officers and staffs from UI, Lemtek UI and contractor. The development of a multidisciplinary research laboratory collaborating between University of Indonesia and PT Pertamina is expected to encourage the growth of innovation work and to develop basic and applied research activities in UI for nation building.

Faculty of Computer Science UI had appointed Lemtek UI to design the zone 3 and supervise the construction works of the 1st & 2nd zone completion of the Faculty of Computer Science Building at UI Campus Depok. The construction of 1st & 2nd zone kickoffmeeting was held on 13 September 2017 at Science Park UI Building, chaired by by Prof Dr Gandjar Kiswanto as PPK UI and attended by Prof Dr-Ing Nandy Putra as Head of BPUPL UI, Prof Dr Danardono as technical expert, Mirna Adriani PhD as Dean of Faculty of Computer Science UI, Dr Wisnu Isvara as General Manager of Lemtek UI, Rully Andhika MT as Business Development Manager of Lemtek UI, Fritz Bonar Hamonangan as Director of PT Tetra Konstruksindo (contractor), and also senior officers and staffs from UI, Lemtek UI and contractor. The planned completion of the construction works is at the end December 2017 and the construction works amount is more than eighty seven billion rupiah.

PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia had been appointed by PT Pertamina Hulu Energy Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) to conduct The Service Contract Number 4710000906 for Specialty Study, Research and Integrity Assessment. This blanket contract will be executed for two years and had been signed by Ir Siswantoro M Prasodjo as General Manager of PHE ONWJ and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia. The scope of works included: offshore structural integrity evaluation, cathodic protection analysis, pipeline/riser study and defect analysis, corrosion root cause and failure analysis, corrosion coating study, material selection, oceaneering, solid and fluid mechanics, heat transfer analysis, power study, energy efficiency audit, electrical integrity and realibility study, instrumentation study, risk analysis, laboratory testing and modeling, geotechnical survey and analysis and etc. The kickoff meeting had been held on 12 September 2017 at Engineering Center Building, FTUI Campus Depok. The meeting was attended by Prof Dr Dedi Priadi as Dean of FTUI, Prof Dr Bambang Sugiarto as Director of Lemtek UI, Dr Wisnu Isvara and Rully Andhika MT as President Director and Director of PT. Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia, Ir Endang Kusmana as Project Manager, Ir Doni Hernadi as Senior Exploration Performance Manager of PHE, Ir Yuyung S Girindra as Engineering Manager of PHE ONWJ, Ir Andri Gunari as Contract Holder of PHE ONWJ and also several experts and senior officers from PHE ONWJ, FTUI and Lemtek UI.

PT Angkasa Pura II had identified damage on runway, taxiway and apron pavements at Soekarno Hatta Airport in previous studies, therefore PT Angkasa Pura II Soekarno Hatta Branch Office had appointed Lemtek UI to study and designing the northern runway and taxiway restoration of Soetta Airport. In the previous year PT. Angkasa Pura II had appointed Lemtek UI to develop the detailed engineering design overlay of runway, taxiway and apron of Soetta Airport. The overlay implementation plan in early 2017 was hampered due to runway condition, so the slab concrete pavement was needed to repair first before the overlay. The scope of work included damage Identification and survey, analysis of cracks/damage of the slab concrete pavements and also repair recommendations. The study team was led by Dr Mohammad Ikhsan for four months.

PT MRT Jakarta had appointed PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia - Lemtek UI as an Independent Reviewer Consultant in the development of MRT Jakarta that related to risk management in 1st stage of construction phase. As an independent reviewer Lemtek has responsiblities to conduct a technical and contractual study, and also comparative study through international benchmarking on similar and relevan projects. Lemtek team consisting of Dr Wisnu Isvara, Prof Dr Krishna Mochtar, Dr Nusa Setiani, Eddy Subiyanto MT, Ellyanti MQS, Sr Mohamad Razif Ibrahim, Fineshia Sevita MT, Ir Varianka Yenn and accompanied by the team from PT MRT Jakarta carried out the comparative study to MRT Project in Malaysia on 3 - 5 August 2017. The team was welcomed by MMC-Gamuda, a joint venture company which has several contracts with MRT Corporation Sdn Bhd Malaysia to develop several projects including the Electrified Double Track Project (Ipoh-Padang Besar railway), the SMART Tunnel and the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit for both the Sungai Buloh-Kajang (SBK) and the Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) lines. The meeting was conducted in Media Centre of Klang Valley MRT Project at Seri Kembangan Kuala Lumpur. Project manager of MMC-Gamuda explained the Klang Valley MRT development including planning and construction process and also risks that occured in construction phase. The team also had tried to use MRT from Bukit Bintang Station to Stadium Kajang Station.

Indonesia will be the host of the 3rd Conseil International Du Sport Militaire or International Military Sport Council (CSIM) World Cadet Games 2018. The competion will be held at Military Academy (AKMIL) in Magelang and Air Force Academy (AAU) in Jogyakarta. Ministry of Defense (MoD) has responsibilities to prepare the sport facilities for this event, therefore the MoD had appointed PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia to supervise the construction of rehabilitation and new development of sport facilities especially at Air Force Academy (AAU) in Jogyakarta. Laksamana Muda TNI Ir Leonardi MSc as Head of Defense Facilities Agency MoD and Dr Wisnu Isvara as President Director of PT Lemtek Konsultan Indonesia had signed the contract. On the 1st of August 2017, the kickoff meeting had been held and attanded by Marsekal Muda TNI Iman Sudrajat as Governoor of Air Force Academy (AAU) in Jogyakarta, Center of Construction Defense Facilities Agency MoD represented by Kolonel Ir Sugeng Santoso, PT Lemtek as construction supervision consultant represented by Ir Agus Trianjono and Bambang Warudju, design consultant and contractor. The project will be carry out for 5.5 months until at the end of 2017.
