Project Database Upload Socialization and Simulation: Advancing Towards More Professional Project Governance

The Institute of Technology, Universitas Indonesia (Lemtek UI), remains firmly committed to enhancing project governance through its recent initiative: the Project Database Upload Socialization and Simulation. This program aims to standardize and complete project report archives digitally via Lemtek UI’s internal dashboard system. By utilizing this platform, all relevant stakeholders can access project data anywhere and anytime, reinforcing the core principles of transparency and operational efficiency.
Conducted in four sessions every Friday, the program is led by Mr. Budi Setiawan (Office Manager), facilitated by Ms. Maria (Head of Human Resources and General Affairs Division), and Mr. Achmad (Information Technology Division), and attended by engineers and project coordinators. Participants are provided with practical guidance on the workflow for uploading project databases, along with a live simulation to ensure the process runs smoothly and effectively.
This initiative is part of Lemtek UI’s broader internal digital transformation, aimed at delivering professional services to its partners, including government institutions. By leveraging this database system, project archives can be searched quickly and accurately, allowing Lemtek UI to optimize internal resources and deliver technical services that are both reliable and of the highest quality.
