The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (FTUI), has taken a strategic step to expand its campus canteen facilities through the preparation of a Detail Engineering Design (DED) in collaboration with the Institute for Technology at the University of Indonesia (Lemtek UI). This partnership emphasizes the importance of creating a dining space that is more comfortable, modern, and safe, while also meeting the evolving needs of students.

In the DED discussions, Lemtek UI plays an active role in ensuring that the design not only complies with the highest technical and safety standards but also incorporates modern design elements in line with the identity of FTUI. In the architectural design process, Lemtek UI is supported by the Pavilion 95 team, which contributed to developing the architectural concept of the FTUI canteen.

Lemtek UI brings multidisciplinary expertise—including structural engineering, architecture, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) planning—to ensure that every detail is implemented effectively and sustainably.

This collaboration demonstrates FTUI’s trust in Lemtek UI as a partner capable of delivering added value beyond conventional consultancy services.
