Lembaga Teknologi FTUI (Lemtek FTUI), in collaboration with the Environmental Agency (DLH) of DKI Jakarta Province, officially conducted a contract signing ceremony on March 31 and April 7, 2026, at the Lemtek FTUI Office. During this event, Prof. Asep, Head of Lemtek FTUI, shook hands and signed the contract with Ir. Erni Pelita Fitratunnisa, ME, as the Commitment Making Officer and Head of the Pollution and Environmental Damage Control Division at DLH DKI Jakarta.

This collaboration covers four main projects: the Evaluation Study of Governor Regulation No. 69 of 2013 (Wastewater Quality Standards), the Corporate Environmental Performance Rating Program (PROPER), the Inventory of River Water Pollution Sources, and Groundwater Environmental Quality Monitoring. These initiatives aim to strengthen environmental pollution control through a data-driven approach, evaluation of corporate performance, and the development of policies that are adaptive to environmental conditions in DKI Jakarta.

Through this collaboration between Lemtek FTUI and DLH DKI Jakarta, it is expected to generate strategic recommendations for environmental quality management, particularly in controlling water pollution and wastewater. This synergy between academia and government represents an important step toward achieving sustainable and science-based environmental management in DKI Jakarta.
