PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Signs Cooperation Agreement with Lemtek UI for Engineering Conceptual Study in the Rokan Block Working Area
PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) is currently undertaking a large-scale and aggressive development of oil fields within the Rokan Block Working Area. This development program requires significant upgrades to existing facilities, particularly in the Northern Rokan and Duri areas. To support the facility enhancement projects, PHR plans to conduct an Engineering Conceptual Study by appointing Lemtek UI through a self-managed contract scheme under a framework agreement.
Following previous discussions and the proposal submitted by Lemtek UI to PHR, a clarification and negotiation meeting was held on Thursday, March 12, 2026. The meeting took place in the main meeting room on the second floor of the Lemtek UI Building at the Salemba Campus.
The PHR engineering team attending the meeting included Endah Rumbiyanti, Senior Manager of Technical Engineering; Anna Lucky Meridiana, Assistant Manager of Engineering Design; and Yadi Lesmana, Senior Engineer. The Lemtek UI team was represented by Dr. Wisnu Isvara, General Manager; Retyaning Puji Utami, Marketing Manager; Varianka Yenn, IT & Energy Manager; Isrodah, Head of the Contract Division; along with the supporting team.
After the clarification and negotiation process was completed, the event continued with the signing of a self-managed contract agreement. The agreement was signed by Endah Rumbiyanti on behalf of PHR and Prof. Dr. Asep Handaya Saputra in his capacity as Head of Lemtek UI.
The scope of the contract includes several engineering studies, such as flood mitigation and flood control studies, remaining life assessment studies, studies related to power generation–transmission–distribution systems, corrosion studies, gas quality improvement studies, and Rokan Technical Specification gap assessment, among others. The framework contract will be valid for a duration of 12 calendar months starting from the date of contract signing.
