Lemtek UI’s Support in the Development of Bank Indonesia’s Official Residences

The Institute for Technology at the University of Indonesia (Lemtek UI) has once again been entrusted as a strategic partner in the development of Bank Indonesia’s Official Residences (RDBI). This program is part of Bank Indonesia’s modern living vision, presenting smart, green, and sustainable residential areas to enhance the well-being and productivity of its employees. In its initial phase, the project is being implemented in three locations as pilot projects representing three housing types: Solo (Type 32), North Sumatra (Type 48), and Banten (Type 16).

This assignment continues the previous work completed in 2024, namely the Standardization of the Detail Engineering Design (DED) for Bank Indonesia’s Official Residences. In the 2025 project, Lemtek UI plays a key role in assisting the procurement committee in preparing tender documents and providing support throughout the procurement process for the construction contractors. The scope of work covers field surveys, preparation of block plans and site plans, as well as the complete set of technical documents such as design drawings, structural calculations, Specifications (RKS), Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and Cost Estimates (RAB). Lemtek UI also supports the procurement stages, from job explanation meetings to technical clarifications, ensuring that every step aligns with Bank Indonesia’s requirements and applicable standards.

Through this engagement, Lemtek UI not only ensures the preparation of comprehensive technical documents but also contributes to the realization of residences that are safe, comfortable, and sustainable. The presence of these official residences, built under the concept of compact, comfort, and community, is expected to support the performance of Bank Indonesia’s employees while serving as a benchmark for modern development standards within national institutions.
