Pertamina EP Zone 13 has partnered with Lembaga Teknologi FTUI (LEMTEK UI) to strengthen its project management system as part of efforts to enhance the Project Management Maturity Level within the Subholding Upstream (SHU) environment. This initiative aims to accelerate organizational work quality through a comprehensive evaluation of capabilities, process effectiveness, methodologies, tools, and resources used in project execution.

As part of this effort, the expert team from LEMTEK UI is conducting an in-depth review of the existing assessment framework. This evaluation not only identifies existing gaps but also supports the development of adaptive and applicable workflows, both at the individual and organizational levels, without disrupting current operational dynamics.

This technical assistance reflects a shared commitment to building a more mature, structured, and resilient project management ecosystem—one that is capable of navigating increasingly complex project challenges.
